# Activating your Garmin Connect integration on the Movyn app

This guide shows how to link your Garmin account to Movyn. It only takes a moment.

## Before you start
\----------------
• Be logged in to the Movyn app.
• Have a Garmin account.

## Step by step
\------------
1\. Tap your profile, at the top — Tap your profile, at the top of the screen.

2\. Tap My Integrations — Under Settings, tap My Integrations.

3\. Tap Garmin — Tap Garmin.

4\. See what the integration does — With it, today's workout goes to your Garmin, and the activity you do on it comes back to your plan.

5\. Tap Connect your Garmin — Tap Connect your Garmin.

6\. Switch on Sync with Garmin — Now switch on Sync with Garmin.

7\. Sign in with your Garmin account — The Garmin page opens: sign in with your account and authorise Movyn. It all happens there, safely.

     \| Outside the app — On the Garmin website: Sign in with your Garmin account and authorise Movyn.

8\. Done: Garmin connected — Back in Movyn, sync shows as switched on.
