# Activating your Strava integration on the Movyn app

This guide shows how to link your Strava account to Movyn. It only takes a moment.

## Before you start

• Be logged in to the Movyn app.
• Have a Strava account.

## Step by step
\------------
1\. Tap your profile, at the top — Tap your profile, at the top of the screen.

2\. Tap My Integrations — Under Settings, tap My Integrations.

3\. Tap Strava — Tap Strava.

4\. See what the integration does — With it, the workouts you finish on Movyn go to Strava. You decide each time.

5\. Tap Connect your Strava — Tap Connect your Strava.

6\. Switch on Sync with Strava — Now switch on Sync with Strava.

7\. Sign in with your Strava account — The Strava page opens: sign in with your Strava email and password.

     \| Outside the app — On the Strava website: Sign in with your Strava email and password. Google or Apple sign-in won't work here.

8\. Done: Strava connected — Back in Movyn, sync shows as switched on.
