# Activating your Hammerhead integration on Movyn

This guide shows how to link your Hammerhead account to Movyn. It only takes a moment.

## Before you start
\----------------
• Be logged in to the Movyn app.
• Have a Hammerhead account.

## Step by step
\------------
1\. Tap your profile, at the top — Tap your profile, at the top of the screen.

2\. Tap My Integrations — Under Settings, tap My Integrations.

3\. Tap Hammerhead — Tap Hammerhead.

4\. See what the integration does — With it, today's workout goes to your Karoo, and the ride you do on it comes back to your plan.

5\. Tap Connect your Hammerhead — Tap Connect your Hammerhead.

6\. Switch on Sync with Hammerhead — Now switch on Sync with Hammerhead.

7\. Sign in with your Hammerhead account — The Hammerhead page opens: sign in and authorise Movyn. Then you pop straight back into the app.

| Outside the app — On the Hammerhead page: Sign in with your Hammerhead account and authorise Movyn.

8\. Done: Hammerhead connected — Back in Movyn, sync shows as switched on.
