## Before you start

• Have Wahoo connected to Movyn (see tutorial no. 15).
• Have a workout planned for today.

## Step by step

1\. Tap today's workout — With Wahoo connected, tap today's workout.

2\. Tap Send to GPS — Tap Send to GPS.

3\. Garmin, Wahoo or Hammerhead — Movyn can send it to Garmin, Wahoo or Hammerhead.

4\. Tap Send to Wahoo — Tap Send to Wahoo.

5\. Workout sent! — Workout sent! Your ELEMNT syncs in a few seconds, and the workout will be waiting for you.
