## Before you start

• Be logged in to the Movyn app on your iPhone.
• Have an Apple Watch paired with your iPhone.

## Step by step

1\. Tap your profile, at the top — Tap your profile, at the top of the screen.

2\. Tap My Integrations — Tap My Integrations.

3\. Apple Watch is first on the list — Apple Watch is first on the list. Tap it.

4\. Sync comes switched on — Sync comes switched on. The watch app comes bundled with Movyn on your iPhone.

5\. Install Movyn from the Watch app — On your iPhone, open the Watch app and install Movyn, if it isn't on your watch already. Then open Movyn on the watch with your iPhone nearby: today's workout appears on your wrist, ready to go.
