# How can I do a free ride

Fancy a ride without following the plan? A free ride has no stages and no targets: the app just records it.

## Before you start

• Be logged in to the Movyn app.

Step by step

1\. Tap the orange button in the middle — Tap the play button, the orange one in the middle of the bottom bar.

2\. Choose Free Workout — Today's workout is at the top. To ride freely, tap Free Workout.

3\. Road or turbo? Choose the mode — Heading out on the road, or on the turbo trainer? In the video, we choose Outdoor Ride.

4\. Tap Start now — The map has already found you. Tap Start now.

5\. The app records time, distance and route — Off you go! No stages, no targets: the app records your time, distance and route. Enjoy the ride!
