# How to change your password in the app

This guide shows how to change the password you use to log in to Movyn.

## Before you start

• Be logged in to the Movyn app.
• Know your current password.

## Step by step
\------------
1\. Tap your profile, at the top — Start by tapping your profile, at the top of the screen.

2\. Tap Edit Profile — Tap Edit Profile.

3\. Under Your details, tap Change Password — Under Your details, tap Change Password.

4\. Type your current password — For your security, first type your current password.

5\. Create the new one and repeat it — Now type the new password, with at least eight characters. Then type it again just below.

6\. Tap Change Password — Tap Change Password.

7\. Done: password changed! — Password changed! Next time, just log in with the new one.

• If you signed up with Google or Apple, the same place shows Create Password, so you can log in with email too.
