# Sync workouts from Wahoo to Movyn

Been out on your ELEMNT? This guide shows how to bring the ride into Movyn and link it to today's workout.

## Before you start

• Have Wahoo connected to Movyn (see tutorial no. 15).
• Have done a ride recorded on your ELEMNT.

## Step by step
\------------
1\. Tap today's workout — Tap today's workout.

2\. Tap Link activity — Tap Link activity.

3\. Choose Wahoo — Choose Wahoo. Movyn fetches your recent rides.

4\. Tap the ride you did — Tap the ride you did today.

5\. Today's workout is now done — That's it: the ride is linked to your plan, and today's workout shows as done.

6\. Open the workout to see the data — Open the workout: distance, time and heart rate came from your ELEMNT.

7\. Under Sources, it says Wahoo — Under Sources, you can see it came from Wahoo.
