# Sending workouts from Movyn to Strava

Want your rides on Strava? This guide shows how to send a saved ride from Movyn to your Strava account.

## Before you start
\----------------
• Have Strava connected to Movyn (see tutorial no. 12).
• Have a ride saved in Movyn.

## Step by step
\------------
1\. Tap Analytics, at the bottom — With Strava connected, tap Analytics, in the bar at the bottom.

2\. Open the ride you want to send — Open the ride you want to send.

3\. Tap Sync ride — At the top, tap Sync ride.

4\. The ride goes to your Strava — Movyn sends the ride through your Strava account and lets you know when it is done. The badge changes to Synced.

| Outside the app — Synced with Strava!: Movyn sends the ride through your account. The badge changes to Synced.

5\. Go back and open another ride — The rides already sent stay marked.

6\. Synced: it's already on Strava — When the badge says Synced, that ride is already on Strava.

• When you save a new workout, leave Strava switched on, and it goes across by itself.
